The Vioz salon is about “we”, “us” and “our”! The website contains genuine information, tools and services in terms of providing best facilities to you.
The underlined terms and conditions of the salon may apply in the respect of individual’s service, promotion, and products. All the clauses are subject to change without any prior notice. Hence, the customers are requested to keep a follow-up of the salon’s terms and conditions time to time and before availing any service.
By visiting our site or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by following terms and conditions:

Appointments and Cancelationst

  • It is advisable to book an appointment prior one week/two days/one day to avoid any disappointments.
  • The booking can be changed or reschedule with prior notice subject to availability of spare appointment slots.
  • We hold appointments for 30 minutes post the booked time. In case of no show within 30 minutes then your booking will be treated as cancelled.

Products or Services

  • Certain services and products of the salon may be available exclusively online through the website. These services or products may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to our return policy.
  • Vioz salon has made an effort to display all of its products and services as accurate as possible that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer/laptop/tablet/mobile display of any colour will be accurate.

Customer/ service refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse a customer/ any service that we feel is against SOP or may not be safe/suitable for the customer as disclosed in medical/hygiene/physical condition during the consultation process.
  • Vioz salon also reserves the right to refuse any service to any customer if they feel threatened due to verbal or physical abuse of any sort.

Prices

  • Prices of all the services and products are fixed as mentioned on the website. Vioz salon reserves the right to alter prices with or without any prior notice.

Safety

  • All valuable items carried to the salon are at the sole responsibility of the customer. Vioz salon would not be liable for any loss or damage to the same. It is requested to take care of your belongings.
  • The Vioz salon follows a high standard of health, ethics, safety, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The customer can contact the salon manager or area business manager to give suggestions/feedback or report in case you find any disobedience or incident happening against these values.

Refund/ Exchange policy

  • Vioz salon follows no refund or exchange policy. In the unlikely circumstance, if the service offered to you is not up to mark then you can complain about it and avail that facility within 15 days.
  • If the service has been completed in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions, the customer is liable to pay the entire service charges.

Gift Cards/ Vouchers/ Coupons

  • Gifts/Vouchers/Coupons will be honoured at Vioz salon provided they are produced for redemption as per the terms and conditions thereof within the validity period of such vouchers or coupons before the bill is made.
  • These offers neither can be redeemed for cash nor can be exchanged or clubbed with any other offer or service provided by the Vioz salon.

Payment and Billings

  • Vioz salon accepts the payments via cash/credit card/ debit card/ visa/ master card and Paytm.
  • Please ensure to collect your bill on the completion of services availed.
